Our employees have spoken, and out of tens of thousands companies considered, Teleport has won Comparably’s Best Places to Work in the Bay Area. You may have seen Comparably Awards featured in USA Today, Forbes, Business Insider, Inc. or CNBC. To qualify, companies must meet a minimum threshold of ratings from employees who have left anonymous public ratings within a 12-month period (March 2021 through March 2022).

About Comparably’s Best Places to Work in the Bay Area Award

Every year Comparably celebrates the companies and leaders deemed exceptional in 16 categories by those who know best – employees. How winners are determined

Winners are determined based on a series of 50+ structured and comprehensive workplace questions in nearly 20 core culture categories, including: Compensation, Leadership, Professional Development, Work-Life Balance, and Perks & Benefits, to name a few.

Comparably applies a proprietary algorithm to each award. The answer to each question is given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size.

Winners are based on ratings from employees of all ages, genders, ethnicities, departments, education levels, experience and locations (all global feedback is considered, with an emphasis on North America).
