Office Hours

Teleport Office Hours are weekly, expert-led sessions designed to help you implement, scale, and optimize Teleport in real-world environments. Each session focuses on a specific topic related to Teleport best practices—such as access models, RBAC design, cloud and Kubernetes security, or Zero Trust adoption.

Office Hours combine a short, pre-recorded presentation or demo with a live Q&A led by a Teleport subject matter expert. You’ll see practical configurations, real examples, and implementation patterns, then have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your environment and use cases.

Teleport Implementation Services help teams design Teleport solution architecture, deploy, adopt, and scale Teleport with confidence. We offer two types of engagement—Onboarding Packages for new customers and Consultant Packages for existing customers navigating change. All of Teleport Implementation Services are provided pursuant to, and governed by, Teleport's Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Onboarding Packages

Designed to help new customers complete their initial rollout and realize value quickly, onboarding packages guide you through architecture planning, cluster setup, resource connections, advanced configuration, and production readiness. Engagements are led by Teleport deployment experts and ensure best practices from day one, with options that scale from essential onboarding to fully customized, extended engagements, and resident engineer services.

Consultant Packages

Built for existing customers, consultant packages provide targeted guidance during critical transitions. Common use cases include migrating to Teleport Cloud or executing supported upgrades with a sustainable process. Each engagement offers structured planning, regular check-ins, and direct access to Teleport experts to keep projects moving smoothly.
