Teleport Connect 2024 Themes

Teleport Connect 2024 is a single-day dual-track user conference, with both a technical and Teleport Engineering track. These are some of the themes that will be covered:

Resiliency in the face of increasing identity attacks:

Cyberattacks are now predominantly centered on identity, with more than 74% occurring from human error, credential theft, and social engineering. Organizations need new methods of securing their infrastructure, eliminating the risk presented by traditional credentials, standing privilege, and network security architectures. With these strategies, companies can eliminate the threat and inefficiency of fragmented identity and policy silos.

Unifying access control and governance:

Companies are increasingly investing in observability to identify and remediate weak access patterns or compromised identities. These sessions explore how unifying access, identity, and policy enable organizations to gain significant business benefit from streamlining administration, compliance, and user management, while eliminating the need for complex technical security stacks.

Protecting and supporting time to market:

Achieving time to market objectives for product delivery remains a top concern for engineering organizations. Often, security comes at the cost of productivity. These sessions explore how to achieve a win/win for engineering and security leaders, delivering the security gains while also improving the engineer experience and speed of delivery.
